Agile IT Solutions is a Mornington based services company that provides tailored IT solutions to small businesses throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We are a company that is focused on providing our clients with the best service, best solutions and overall the best experience when dealing with their IT partner. Since our company was formed in 2007, our client base has grown and so our requirement to grow our team has become very important.

We are looking to connect with IT professionals who are ready to take their interest and experience in IT to a new level. We need you to work with our small business clients, performing many tasks on the client site, but also many remotely from our service centre. You will be expected to manage your own tasks and assigned client projects, but also assist in team projects as required. Agile IT Solutions has developed a Managed Services solution for businesses to provide on-going computer, network and server monitoring, management and support. This enables us to know what is happening with our clients often before they do, which helps you to do your job much easier.

Personal Expectations:            You will need to have a keen interest in both technology and providing exceptional customer service.

    • Well Presented, Prompt and be able to speak and write English fluently
    • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Self Motivated with a solid work ethic
    • Great written and oral communication skills
    • Be able to undertake work after hours or on weekends when required.
    • It is an advantage if you live close to the Mornington Peninsula.

Technical Expectations:           We expect you to have a solid knowledge of general computer operation and configurations.

We will be interested in people who ideally have:

    • Hands experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows based computers (2000, XP, Vista etc), plus standard home and office business applications.
    •  Good general PC and peripheral hardware knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
    • Malware Removal / Troubleshooting Experience
    • IP Networking, ADSL\Cable Router, Wireless LAN, Network Printers Configuration knowledge
    • Workgroup and Peer to Peer Network configuration
    • Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 / 2008
    • Any industry based Certifications will be an added incentive for you being selected.

Training:         

Agile IT will support you in your industry based training. We will be expecting you to study for and sit Microsoft and other relevant industry Certification exams each year. The costs involved in the exam and related expenses will be paid by the company.

Requirements: Drivers license and own transport is required for onsite client support.

Hours:              Task Basis / Flexible Hours and Project Based

Remuneration: Subject to Experience and Certification Level relative to the task.
